<p>Paolo Capodanno is the Chief Digital Officer, CISO and Group CIO of
Elettronica Spa, founded in 1951, one of the European leaders in the production
of Electronic Defence equipment (EW). In this role he is responsible for ICT &
Infrastructure Services for around 1500 users. <br>
This role required the establishment of the technology department, the selection
of key suppliers and sponsors and direction of the delivery of the IT. Paolo has
significant experience in dealing transformation and change management projects
and achievement fixed goals: cost reduction (-20%), market development (+10%
3y), ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification (no observations).<br>

Currently Paolo is carrying out a digital transformation project with a view to
industry 4.0 through the creation of a Smart Connected Operations & Services and
AR. Paolo has a deep knowledge in Cyber Security and he has responsible for
i-SOC and CSIRT for Elettronica.<br>

His career started at Arthur Andersen, where he completed a number of positions
at national levels and involved in M&A programs and reengineering projects for
several multinational firms. <br>

The next period in Paolo’s career was a Senior Manager with Deloitte where he
has been responsible for Oil&Gas market in Italy in the field of reengineering
processes and systems. In this role he successfully initialized and conducted
several international projects of innovation in the domain of field services and
in the distribution oil market using the technology leverage.<br>

Paolo Capodanno is graduated in Economics with a Master’s Degree in Economic
Development. Paolo has published some articles in IT magazines, and
administrative magazines and has acted as speaker in many IT Forums, Cyber
Security Forum and Business Schools and at Ancona University (Italy)<br>
<br>
Paolo was born in October 1967 in Naples, Italy. He is married and he has a
daughter and a son. In his spare time, he likes to read and play tennis.</p>
